Work with design team to ensure layouts, booth drawings, and graphics meet client and show services requirements.

Facilitate ongoing vendor outreach and management.

Oversee logistics, repairs and storage of client assets in coordination with the asset management team.

Assist in the build, management, and closeout of the budget.

Developing and executing production schedules in accordance with trade show deadlines.
